Verus HR has two fully CIPD and degree qualified HR practitioners with significant experience across the private, public and third sectors..

Gillian Croan has significant experience in all aspects of people management and development in a wide range of businesses within the private, public and voluntary sectors. Gillian also supports the voluntary sector as an active Board member of a number of organisations. Gillian’s particular areas of interest are conflict management and resolution, negotiation, performance management and organisational restructuring.

Karen Croan has significant experience in strategic and operational HR in a range of businesses within the private, public, and voluntary sectors. Karen has held various board positions including the Scottish Social Services Council, which is the regulator for the Scottish Care Sector. Karen’s particular areas of interest are policy development, learning and organisational development, job evaluation and reward.
